Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: 1 day

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 8 – 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. A tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped. International delivery usually takes about 8-10 business days.  
• Once your item has shipped from our general fullfilment service, or overseas fullfilment center, we will take no responsibility if your item has been misplaced within the Canada, U.S, or International country's postal system. We will work with Canada Post, or such other to track your item, however it will be up to the customer to open a dispute or claim with the local postal services for lost and stolen items or parcels. 

                               *ATTENTION = Due to our  recent outbreak of COVID 19, our                              delivery  times which  are usually  8-10 days, may take 10 to 23                                 days for  some items. We will strive  to meet  your expectations and                           provide detailed  tracking information and updates if this effects your                            purchase. Please accept our  apologies . This does not apply to                                  expedited or rush  service delivery options.
